  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  5. In a bowl, mix the shredded pork loin, sliced red bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the pork and vegetable mixture evenly over the sauce on the pizza.
