  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Distribute the sliced linguiça, red bell pepper, and onion on top of the cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the entire pizza.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
