Steps

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 15 minutes in a warm place.
  3. While the dough is rising, prepare the cashew cream by blending the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Add a little water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the cashew cream evenly over the pizza base. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
