- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Onion, thinly sliced - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan, cooking until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables over the tomato sauce on the pizza.

- Add the fresh jambú leaves on top of the cheese.
