Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Guava paste (goiabada) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, egg, honey, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into a 20 cm (8 inch) round pizza pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Layer the sliced guava paste evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the guava paste.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the guava is slightly melted.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
