- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, sweet corn, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
