  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 medium
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant (about 3 minutes).
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Mix in the shredded chicken, oregano, black pepper, and salt to taste, and stir until heated through.
  7. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly on top of the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
