- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the bell pepper and corn, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the black beans, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Spoon the black bean mixture over the sauce, spreading it out evenly.
- If using, sprinkle nutritional yeast evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
