  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and 50 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to form a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Layer the sliced chouriço sausage, remaining mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
