Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and 50 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to form a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the sliced chouriço sausage, remaining mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
