- Almond flour - 120 grams
- Coconut flour - 30 grams
- Cocoa powder - 25 grams
- Honey or maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) - 50 grams, chopped
- Sliced bananas - 1 medium banana
- Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a round pizza shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until firm and slightly crispy.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate evenly over the top.
- Add the sliced bananas and chopped nuts on top of the chocolate.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
