- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the shredded carne seca to the pan, mixing well with the onions and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the cooked carne seca mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Finish with chopped fresh oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot.
