- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, onion, and red bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the sautéed shrimp mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously on top, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
