Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 1/2
  • Onion, sliced - 1 medium
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, onion, and red bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Distribute the sautéed shrimp mixture evenly over the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously on top, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
