- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
- Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if necessary to achieve a spreadable consistency.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the cashew cheese evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and black olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with chopped basil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the vegetables are tender.
