- Broccoli florets - 150g, steamed and chopped
- Catupiry cheese - 150g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, egg, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form the pizza dough.
- Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza base.
- Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until it is golden and firm.
- While the crust is baking, mix the steamed broccoli with the Catupiry cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the broccoli and Catupiry mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and dried oregano over the top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
