- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Vegan cheese - 100 grams
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Peel and cube the sweet potato, then boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
- Drain the sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth. Add olive oil, flour, water, salt, and black pepper, and mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a round shape about 1/2 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the vegan cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and spinach.
- Sprinkle oregano over the top and drizzle a little olive oil if desired.
