  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
