Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a larger bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
