- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 30 cm pizza stone or baking tray.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to the pizza stone or baking tray.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced zucchini and red onion to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Spread the sautéed zucchini and onion mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and chopped basil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
