  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados and mix in lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
