Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves, removing the stems and tearing them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned kale evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
