Ingredients

  • Pintado fish - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pintado fish in the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place it on the grill.
  5. Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
