- Cooked bacon - 50 grams, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Carefully slice the picanha horizontally, creating a pocket for the filling, but do not cut all the way through.
