  • Cooked bacon - 50 grams, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Carefully slice the picanha horizontally, creating a pocket for the filling, but do not cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff the pocket of the picanha with the cream cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
  5. Rub the outside of the picanha with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the stuffed picanha on the grill, cooking for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the picanha into thick pieces and serve immediately.
