- Picanha beef - 400 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Chimichurri sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat a griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- While the griddle heats up, season the picanha beef with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the hot griddle and place the picanha on it, searing for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the picanha from the griddle and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- In the same griddle, add the sliced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- To serve, place the sliced picanha on plates, top with chimichurri sauce, and arrange the sautéed vegetables on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley.
