  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Prepare the chimichurri sauce by combining chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until well blended and set aside.
