- Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Prepare the chimichurri sauce by combining chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until well blended and set aside.
