- Picanha (beef) - 500 grams

- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the picanha with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the garlic powder mixture.
- Place the picanha in a baking dish, fat side up, and insert the sprig of rosemary into the meat.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the top of the picanha.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
