Ingredients

  • Picanha (beef) - 500 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the picanha with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the garlic powder mixture.
  4. Place the picanha in a baking dish, fat side up, and insert the sprig of rosemary into the meat.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the top of the picanha.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with your choice of sides.
