- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Potatoes - 300 grams, cut into wedges
- Chimichurri sauce - for serving
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, coarse salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the picanha, ensuring it is well coated, and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the potatoes by tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the marinated picanha on a baking tray along with the seasoned potato wedges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the picanha reaches your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is approximately 55-60°C or 130-140°F internal temperature).
