Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Add the pescada fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Once hot, add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
