Ingredients
- Fresh fish fillet (such as snapper or tilapia) - 400 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Fresh parsley - 10 grams, chopped
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Lime wedges - for serving
Steps
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to create a marinade.
- Place the fish fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the fish is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the cherry tomatoes by tossing them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Once marinated, place the fish fillet on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the seasoned cherry tomatoes to the grill, allowing them to blister and soften.
- Remove the fish and tomatoes from the grill and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
