  • Egg - 1 large
  • Breadcrumbs - 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 300 ml (for frying)
  • Cassava flour - 100 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Chopped parsley - 30 grams
  • Banana - 1, sliced (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with cornstarch, one with a beaten egg, and the last with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each fillet first in cornstarch, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  6. Add minced garlic and cassava flour to the pan, stirring constantly until the flour is golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Mix in chopped parsley and season with salt to taste. Remove from heat.
