Steps
- Marinate the fish fillets in lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- In a steaming pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
- Layer the bottom of a steamer basket with red bell pepper, onion, and tomato slices.
- Place the marinated fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
