- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables by placing the sliced zucchini and halved cherry tomatoes around the fish in the baking dish.
