Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
