- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula) - 100 grams

- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a plate next to the fresh salad and garnish with chopped parsley.
