  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
