Steps

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, setting aside a few whole ones for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
