  • Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
  • Milk - 100 milliliters
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mint leaves (for garnish) - a few sprigs

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the fruits by slicing the bananas, strawberries, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the lemon juice with a little water to prevent the banana from browning.
  4. Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the lemon water mixture and layer them at the bottom of two serving cups.
