- Coconut cream - 100 ml
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons

- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 30 grams, grated
- Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the unsweetened cocoa powder with a little water to create a paste. Gradually add this to the coconut mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Dip the chocolate biscuits quickly in water (or coconut milk) to soften them slightly, then layer them in a small serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the coconut cream mixture over the biscuits, then sprinkle some grated dark chocolate on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
- Refrigerate the pavê for at least 2 hours to set. Before serving, garnish with coconut flakes and additional grated chocolate.
