  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut cream - 100 ml
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 30 grams, grated
  • Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the unsweetened cocoa powder with a little water to create a paste. Gradually add this to the coconut mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  3. Dip the chocolate biscuits quickly in water (or coconut milk) to soften them slightly, then layer them in a small serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the coconut cream mixture over the biscuits, then sprinkle some grated dark chocolate on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate the pavê for at least 2 hours to set. Before serving, garnish with coconut flakes and additional grated chocolate.
