- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir well, cooking for about 3-4 minutes to warm through.
