  • Canned tuna in water - 1 can (approximately 150 grams, drained)
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
