  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (mixed with 3 tablespoons water, let sit for 5 minutes)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with water and let sit for about 5 minutes to form a gel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond milk, olive oil, and chia seed gel until well combined.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  6. Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
