- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (mixed with 3 tablespoons water, let sit for 5 minutes)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with water and let sit for about 5 minutes to form a gel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the almond milk, olive oil, and chia seed gel until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
