  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Corn kernels (fresh or canned) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt, and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
