  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 60 grams
  • Almond milk - 100 milliliters
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) - 30 grams
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 30 grams, melted

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, and egg until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts for added texture.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
