- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated chayote, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until a uniform batter forms.
