  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated chayote, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until a uniform batter forms.
