- Onion powder - 2 grams
- Black pepper - 1 gram
- Cheese (optional) - 2 slices
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Ketchup - to taste

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm water, olive oil, and honey until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and shape them into buns. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and let the buns rest for 15 minutes.
