  • Garlic powder - 2 grams
  • Onion powder - 2 grams
  • Black pepper - 1 gram
  • Cheese (optional) - 2 slices
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Ketchup - to taste
  • Mustard - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warm water, olive oil, and honey until combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and shape them into buns. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
