  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
