- Quail eggs - 12

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a small pot, gently place the quail eggs and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Carefully remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process for a few minutes.
- While the eggs cool, heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Peel the cooled quail eggs and place them in a serving dish. Drizzle the garlic oil mixture over the eggs.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
