  • Water - 100 ml

  • Pinch of salt - 1

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the agar-agar powder with 100 ml of water and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, coconut cream, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Slowly pour the dissolved agar-agar mixture into the passion fruit mixture, whisking continuously until well combined and smooth.
