  • Heavy cream - 200 ml
  • Gelatin powder - 5 grams
  • Water - 30 ml
  • Sugar - 20 grams (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the bloomed gelatin until fully melted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted gelatin into the passion fruit mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture, being careful not to deflate the cream.
