Steps
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the bloomed gelatin until fully melted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the melted gelatin into the passion fruit mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
