Ingredients

  • Red onion - 30 grams
  • Red wine vinegar - 30 ml
  • Olive oil - 60 ml
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Finely chop the fresh parsley, cilantro, and red onion and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl with the herbs.
  3. Pour in the red wine vinegar and olive oil.
  4. Add the dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) to the mixture.
