- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, sliced

- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of two slices, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
- Layer the Halal turkey ham evenly on top of the mustard, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
